1- Install NET IPTV from your TV’s apps section

Samsung TV: Download it at App Store

LG TV : Download it at LG Content Store / LG App Store

2- Open the app and note your mac address from the first page

3- Go to http://netiptv.eu/Upload and enter your mac address

4- Enter your m3u URL into the first box and press ADD LIST

4- Restart your app and you will see your list on the app uploaded
